Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
